Siam Napa Thai Massage & Wellness provides professional therapeutic massage and wellness treatments designed to promote relaxation, stress reduction, muscle recovery, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Our services are intended for wellness and relaxation only and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat, cure, or replace medical care from a licensed healthcare provider.

All massage treatments are performed on premium professional massage tables elevated approximately 28 inches off the ground, providing a comfortable and luxurious treatment experience.

Traditional Thai Massage is performed with clients undressed to their comfort level while remaining in their underwear throughout the session. Professional draping is maintained at all times to protect your comfort and privacy.

Our signature Siam Napa Ritual features premium exfoliation treatments using authentic products imported from Thailand.

Current body scrub options include:

• Sand Milk Body Scrub
• Green Tea Body Scrub

We do not offer herbal foot soaks. We do not offer warm herbal compress treatments. Full Body Scrub treatments are available as 90-minute services only. The previous 60-minute scrub option has been discontinued.

Appointments may be requested online, by phone, by text message, or in person. Appointments become confirmed once acknowledged by Siam Napa Thai Massage & Wellness.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so your full treatment time may be honored. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while the full appointment fee still applies.

All pricing displayed on our website is subject to change without notice. The pricing in effect at the time of booking will apply. Promotions, discounts, memberships, and special offers may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Payment may be completed securely online through Stripe or Square, or in person during your appointment. Payment information is securely processed using industry-standard encryption.

If you cannot attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist with rescheduling. Appointments are non-refundable. Whenever possible, we are happy to reschedule your appointment.

Clients who fail to arrive without notice ("No Shows") will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Gift cards, prepaid services, memberships, promotional offers, and packages are non-refundable except where required by California law.

Memberships and prepaid packages are intended for the original purchaser unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions may expire according to the terms of the package purchased. Memberships have no cash value and are generally non-refundable.

Siam Napa Thai Massage & Wellness reserves the right to modify future membership offerings at any time.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by California law. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be guaranteed for replacement.

For your safety, please notify your therapist before treatment if you have pregnancy, recent surgery, medical conditions, injuries, allergies, heart conditions, high blood pressure, skin sensitivities, or any other health concerns.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information before each appointment. Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may increase the risk of injury.

Prenatal massage may be available depending upon your stage of pregnancy and overall health. For safety reasons, certain services are unavailable during pregnancy, including Cupping Therapy. Please consult your physician before receiving massage therapy during pregnancy.

Siam Napa Thai Massage & Wellness now offers Cupping Therapy as a standalone service. This therapeutic treatment is designed to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and support overall wellness.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that massage therapy is intended for relaxation and wellness purposes; massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment; you will immediately notify your therapist if pressure or techniques become uncomfortable; and you may request modifications or discontinue treatment at any time.

Siam Napa Thai Massage & Wellness maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate conduct. Every treatment provided is strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, gestures, requests, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment for the scheduled appointment, permanent refusal of future service, and notification of law enforcement when appropriate.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive massage services independently. Clients under the age of 18 may receive services only with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and may require the parent or guardian to remain on-site during treatment.

Please avoid bringing valuables whenever possible. Siam Napa Thai Massage & Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

By using this website, you agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, upload malicious software or harmful code, copy or reproduce website content without written permission, or misrepresent your identity while booking appointments.

Information submitted through our website, booking forms, phone calls, text messages, or email is used solely for scheduling appointments, processing secure payments, communicating with clients, and improving our services. Payment information is securely processed through Stripe or Square. We do not sell your personal information.
